From CHC Shanghai Office, the large-scale project of the Shanghai Metro Line 13--- the Expo Metro Line is using CHC X90 in the ground control survey. 

The project construction technical team announced several enforceable criterions for each equipment working on the project, as the project having very strict standard safety requirement. Therefore, the project has a very high level of request for the survey equipments? accuracy, stability, reliability and efficiency.  After the field demonstration, the field competition test with other brand GPS and the previous experience from other project, the project construction technical team decided to select CHC X90 as the ground survey equipment.

As construction of the metro line 13 is in the downtown area of Shanghai City, it's a huge challenge for the GNSS receiver to work in this kind of environments under tall and density buildings.  Regarding CHC X90 the high level performance in this project, the project construction technical team highly evaluated CHC X90 excellent performances as stable performance, high-precision, initializing quickly, and easy to use. 

The Expo metro line 13 is about 5 kilometers, it costs nearly 1,338,000,000RMB.  It is planed to put into practice in the early 2010 before the Expo as an Expo dedicated line.(By Deryck)
