CHC Navigation 2025 Financial Results and 2026 Guidance

Shanghai, China – April 29, 2025 – CHC Navigation | CHCNAV [Huace:300627.SZ] has announced its financial results for the fiscal year 2025, covering the period from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
 

2025 Financial Highlights

• The Company achieved record revenue of CNY 3.70 billion, representing an increase of 13.78% year-over-year.
• Net profit attributable to shareholders of the Company reached CNY 685 million, up 17.49% compared to 2024.
• Net profit attributable to shareholders excluding non-recurring gains and losses was CNY 605 million, up 20.09% year-over-year.
• Operating cash flow totaled CNY 699 million, an increase of 6.01% year-over-year.
• Gross profit margin improved to 60.98%, rising by 2.85% compared to 2024.
• R&D investment reached CNY 558 million, accounting for 15.08% of total revenue and reflecting CHC Navigation’s continued strong commitment to innovation.
• Domestic market revenue totaled CNY 2.43 billion, up 5.12% year-over-year, while international market revenue increased significantly to CNY 1.27 billion, up 35.16% compared to 2024.
   

2026 Outlook

For the full year of 2026, CHC Navigation is targeting net profit attributable to shareholders of CNY 788 million, reflecting a year-over-year growth target of 15%. The Company will continue to accelerate business expansion, optimize resource allocation, strengthen cost control, enhance per capita revenue-generating capacity and invest in core technologies.
 

Shareholder Return

For the fiscal year 2025, the board proposes a cash dividend of CNY 4.50 per 10 shares, enabling shareholders to share in the Company’s growth and deliver long-term value. The total estimated cash dividend amount is approximately CNY 354.1 million.
