CHC Navigation 2024 Financial Results and 2025 Guidance

Shanghai, China – April 18, 2025 – CHC Navigation | CHCNAV [Huace:300627.SZ] has announced its financial results for the fiscal year 2024, covering the period from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.

2024 Financial Highlights

• The Company achieved record revenue of CNY 3.25 billion, representing an increase of 21.38% year-over-year.
• Net profit attributable to shareholders of the Company reached CNY 583 million, up 29.89% compared to 2023.
• Net profit attributable to shareholders excluding non-recurring gains and losses was CNY 504 million, up 35.31% year-over-year.
• Operating cash flow totaled CNY 659 million, an increase of 47.99% year-over-year.
• Gross profit margin improved to 58.13%, rising by 1.07% compared to 2023.
• R&D investment reached CNY 469 million accounting for 14.43% of total revenue and reflecting CHC Navigation’s continued strong commitment to innovation.
• Domestic market revenue totaled CNY 2.31 billion, up 18.07% year-over-year, while international market revenue increased significantly to CNY 938 million, up 30.39% compared to 2023

2025 Outlook

For the full year of 2025, CHC Navigation is targeting net profit attributable to shareholders of CNY 730 million, reflecting an ambitious growth target of exceeding 25% year-over-year, while continuing to accelerate global market expansion and invest in core technologies.

Shareholder Return

For the fiscal year 2024, the board proposes a cash dividend of CNY 5.00 per 10 shares, and a capital reserve to share conversion of 4 shares per 10 shares (subject to approval at the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders), allowing shareholders to share in the company’s growth. The estimated total cash dividend amount is approximately CNY 274.7 million.
