Shanghai, China – November 7, 2025– CHC Navigation (CHCNAV), a global provider of precision agriculture solutions, today announced the launch of the SprayX100 Application Control System. This system is designed to bring advanced automation and precision to new or existing agricultural spraying equipment. The SprayX100 combines a high-performance controller, a versatile valve kit, and a GNSS tablet to ensure accurate, efficient, and cost-effective application of crop inputs.
The SprayX100 offers two modes for precise application. A speed-based mode adjusts the spray rate to match vehicle speed, preventing overlaps or misses in headlands and achieving ±5% precision. A fixed-rate mode ensures consistent coverage even without GNSS. The system operates at speeds up to 30 km/h, maximizing field efficiency.
Using real-time GNSS positioning, the system automates boom section control. It automatically shuts off sections over previously treated areas and reactivates them in untreated zones. This functionality significantly reduces input waste, minimizes crop damage, and lowers operator fatigue.
Designed for seamless integration with CHCNAV autosteering systems, the SprayX100 operates on the same display terminal. This shared-screen approach reduces cab clutter and hardware costs. A single switch can activate both steering and spraying, streamlining field operations.
The controller is housed in a corrosion-resistant ADC12 aluminum enclosure with an IP67 rating, ensuring durability against pesticides, dust, and water. The system offers broad compatibility, supporting major valve brands like GEOLINE and ARAG, and controlling up to 13 boom sections.The SprayX100 Application Control System is available immediately through CHCNAV’s global distribution network.
