Notice on Channel and Product Verification, Warranty and Service Support

CHC Navigation (CHCNAV) is committed to supporting professional users through its authorized partner network.

 

To help ensure product authenticity, correct market configuration, regulatory compliance, software compatibility, and consistent after-sales service, CHCNAV manages certain products, versions, and service entitlements by market and authorized channel. Products obtained outside the authorized channel or outside their intended market may differ in configuration, certification status, language package, software entitlement, documentation, warranty conditions, and service availability. In some cases, products from non-authorized sources may also prove to be non-genuine, altered, incomplete, or previously placed in service.

 

For this reason, CHCNAV strongly recommends that professional users purchase products through authorized CHCNAV partners in their country or region.

 

If your organization has already purchased a CHCNAV product through another source, CHCNAV and its authorized partners will review the case in good faith and, where possible, assist with product verification and access to available service options. Depending on the product status and the applicable terms, this may include serial number verification, confirmation of the product version and intended market, assessment of any applicable warranty eligibility, and review of available paid repair, inspection, upgrade, reconfiguration, or technical support options.

To support case review, please provide the product model, serial number, seller name, invoice or proof of purchase, country of intended use, and any relevant photographs of product labels or packaging, where available.

 

Products confirmed to be non-genuine, materially altered, improperly configured for the intended market, or supplied outside the authorized channel without applicable written approval may be ineligible for some warranty, software, activation, upgrade, or service benefits. Any support that may be offered remains subject to technical assessment, applicable commercial terms and product condition.
